Farm of Ideas

Lejre, Denmark

 

This small organic farm was established by chef Christian Puglisi to push the boundaries on produce sustainability within the restaurant industry. It attracts young farming and chef talent from all over the world who come to work and learn. 

 

I spent a summer at the farm, documenting the young workforce as they learnt skills and shared ideas that would no doubt shape their working lives to come.
