Hackney Salad

For nearly 2 years, Tom and I grew salad in the grounds of a church for Growing Communities -
a Hackney-based better food organisation.
Together with six other small farm sites, we grew organic mixed leaf salad for 1500 local residents per week. 
These shots were taken at in-between moments during the working day on the farm.
